About the Role

Nash is seeking a quota-carrying enterprise sales professional to build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities across the UK and Europe. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from identifying targets and opening doors to negotiating and closing deals, with a focus on understanding customer operations deeply to design tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities across the UK and Europe.
  • Identify and prioritize named accounts, developing high-touch plans for each.
  • Run a disciplined outbound motion including strategic networking, targeted outreach, and well-prepared first meetings.
  • Own each opportunity from first conversation to signed partnership.
  • Understand customer delivery operations in detail to shape proposals with product and engineering teams.
  • Negotiate and close enterprise deals.
  • Establish and grow C-level relationships within named accounts.
  • Build champions who can navigate structured procurement processes (RFPs, security reviews, data protection assessments, pilots).
  • Spend time in the field with operators and executives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, deal stages, forecasts, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Feed market learnings back to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Track record of consistent quota over-achievement on complex enterprise deals, including transactions of $1M+ ARR.
  • Experience owning C-level relationships.
  • Comfort building pipeline through own outbound efforts.
  • Ability to sell by understanding customer operations and asking questions that uncover real problems.
  • Capacity to hold technical conversations about integrations and deployment.
  • Clear communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to carry a complex value story without jargon.
  • Experience closing deals where the solution had to be designed rather than picked off a price sheet.
