About the Role
We are seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Berlin location. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, managing business metrics, leading and developing the team, conducting training, and planning staff schedules.
Responsibilities

- Training, leading, motivating, and developing the team

Requirements
- Professional experience in retail, gastronomy, hotel, or similar customer-facing/service-oriented fields
- Commercial thinking and action
- Leadership experience, ideally with larger teams
- Hands-on mentality
- High willingness to learn and perform, flexibility, and resilience
- Must possess a valid work permit for the country of application
