About the Role
As a Consultant in the Defense sector, you will guide clients through complex transformation and digitalization initiatives, from initial analysis to project implementation. You will leverage your understanding of the defense environment's structures, processes, and requirements to develop effective solutions with tangible added value.
Responsibilities
- Manage sub-projects and take on early responsibility within interdisciplinary teams on consulting and digitalization projects in the defense sector.
- Advise clients on organizational changes and performance improvements, from analysis to tailored solutions.
- Integrate new technologies and digital approaches into defense-relevant processes and organizations, driving their implementation.
- Facilitate communication between diverse stakeholders, departments, leadership levels, and project teams in the defense sector to ensure shared understanding.
Requirements
- Interest in defense, public security, armament, and public sector modernization.
- First to several years of experience in consulting, project management, or digitalization, gained from industry or a career in the defense, security, or military sector.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Affinity for digital topics.
- Enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good English language skills.
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification, e.g., with a focus on business administration or computer science.
