About the Role
As an Associate Performance & Restructuring, you will partner with clients on strategic realignments and the planning and implementation of holistic strategy and restructuring projects. You will create integrated financial plans, liquidity forecasts, and sound action programs. You will independently analyze, evaluate, and optimize business processes, actively contributing your results to project work. You will support clients in realizing earnings increases. In addition to client engagement, you will contribute to the further development of H&Z Performance & Restructuring and advance our consulting firm with interesting ideas and innovations.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration or comparable fields, or a Bachelor's degree with professional experience.
- Professional experience in consulting, auditing, or industry.
- Interest in strategy, turnaround, and restructuring.
- Commitment, performance orientation, flexibility, and willingness to travel (DACH region, sometimes beyond).
- Fluent German and English, intercultural understanding, and strong communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
