About the Role

As a working student in international sales, you will apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and support the Chief Revenue Officer with operational and organizational tasks. You will coordinate international sales locations and sales-relevant processes, assist in planning and executing events, and create presentations for internal and external meetings. Additionally, you will analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and support sales projects, such as customer satisfaction surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer with operational and organizational tasks in international sales.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing international sales locations and sales-relevant processes.
  • Participate in the planning, organization, and execution of events, such as international sales meetings.
  • Support with administrative and operational tasks of daily business.
  • Create compelling presentations for internal and external meetings and events.
  • Analyze relevant key figures (KPIs) and prepare reports and recommendations for action.
  • Support projects in the sales environment, such as planning, execution, and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

  • Student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication Studies, International Business, or a related field.
  • Structured, independent work style and good organizational talent.
  • High degree of initiative and team spirit.
  • Confident use of MS Office.
  • Analytical thinking and interest in data-driven management.
  • Good English skills (written and spoken), good German skills desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends.
  • Ideally, initial experience with AI-supported tools.
