About the Role
At MiHomeCare, every day is different and offers the chance to do meaningful, rewarding work that truly changes people’s lives. We are recruiting Care Assistants to support service users across Northwest and Central London.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Medication support (preparation and administration)
- Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
- Mobility and equipment support
- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Encourage social engagement and family connections
- Monitor health and report any changes
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
- Work collaboratively with families and professionals
