About the Role
As a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Data & AI Strategy, you will bridge the gap between technological possibilities and business requirements, guiding clients from mid-sized businesses to large corporations through AI transformations. You will own cross-functional workstreams, drive data-driven decisions, and actively shape the digital future of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with international clients to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven recommendations supporting strategic decisions and business transformation.
- Collect, structure, and prepare data for analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and Python to identify trends, patterns, and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Take ownership of project workstreams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery aligned with project objectives.
- Work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams across consulting, data, and tech.
- Support the development of data strategies, AI use cases, and business intelligence solutions.
- Contribute to governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
- Foster a strong team culture by sharing knowledge and staying updated on digital trends and AI developments.
- Support the continuous development of the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in management/data consulting or a relevant in-house function.
- Demonstrable success in data/AI strategy, cloud transformation, or applied AI/Machine Learning projects.
- High affinity for data management and modern AI technologies.
- Familiarity with concepts such as Generative AI, LLMs, or Predictive Analytics.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and AI application.
- Experience in conceptualizing AI use cases or data platform tracking is ideal.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a business-oriented mindset.
- Enjoy identifying business challenges and translating them into practical, AI and data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Practical experience with statistical tools, BI software, or programming languages like SQL, R, or Python for data exploration and preparation is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly in both German and English.
- Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating across different levels and functions.
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong customer and stakeholder orientation.
- Thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex problems.
- Very good German and English language skills are a fundamental requirement.
- Valid work permit for Germany.
