Responsibilities
- Achieve retail sales goals during each scheduled shift.
- Deliver best-in-class education to store teams to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
- Build strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Implement SEE focus strategy to drive results in line with corporate objectives.
- Complete all administrative assignments by the respective due date.
- Uphold ABH Dress code guidelines and evolve artistry looks to reflect current trends.
- Adhere to the given schedule, ensuring punctuality and readiness for work.
- Act as a liaison between the brand and store partnership to support initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience.
- Driven to achieve results.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop others for promotion.
- Ability to observe strategic opportunities and report them.
- Track sales and KPIs achieved during shifts.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive business partnerships.
- Effective communication skills.

- Merchandise and upkeep products on gondola to represent the brand.
- Must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday, 30 hours per week.
