About the Role
This role involves providing Building Services BIM modelling services to clients across various sectors, managing BIM data, and facilitating multidisciplinary coordination.
Responsibilities
- Work in a multidisciplinary design services team providing Building Services BIM modelling services to clients across Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Commercial and Civil Infrastructure projects.
- Be responsible for the management of all BIM related data requirements for projects throughout design and construction phases.
- Work closely with internal BIM Technicians and designers to produce drawings and models to achieve our clients’ goals and key project performance indicators.
- Produce accurate reports to discuss with the Design manager on each project and work closely with our project controls team ensuring the management systems of projects are efficiently integrated.
- Use your knowledge of model management, BIM coordination, clash detection and ISO19650 to facilitate multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
Requirements
- Technical qualifications from an approved TAFE or educational institution, or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to chair workshops with BIM project stakeholders demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to create reports and VR presentations to effectively communicate with clients.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality BIM models and documentation within a Building Services environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and/or Hydraulics).
- Australian Citizenship is preferred, with current defence clearance highly regarded.

- Advanced Autodesk Revit experience is essential.
- Revizto experience is highly regarded.
- Navisworks experience is highly regarded.
- Dynamo experience is highly regarded.
- Power BI experience is highly regarded.
- Model management knowledge.
- BIM coordination knowledge.
- Clash detection knowledge.
- ISO19650 knowledge.
