Responsibilities

As a Finance professional, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a multi-disciplinary career path across a broad number of functions, and contribute meaningfully towards creating smiles for consumers, driving full-potential performance and achieving our Winning with Purpose vision.
Brand and Marketing Finance builds annual and long-term strategic brand plans, prepares the business case for new innovation, and manages marketing budgets across all brands.
Financial Planning manages sector and corporate financial performance through action-oriented analytical insights and traditional financial tools.
Sales / Commercial Finance works with Customer Teams to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth with our customers.
Revenue Management sets retail pricing and package architecture strategy, advises on customer portfolio strategy and optimizes trade spend.
Supply Chain Finance manages the company’s product manufacturing and distribution strategies by analyzing production, labor, transportation, and selling costs.
Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for executing a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Treasury manages corporate liquidity as well as foreign exchange and commodity exposure.
Global Procurement Financial Planning and Analysis partners with the Center of Excellence for global direct and indirect materials to deliver financial forecasts and plan.
Strategy and Transformation builds the long-term strategy of PepsiCo to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
While we will provide you with an initial onboarding training and ongoing function-specific development, we also encourage you to develop yourself through our vast learning labs.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in: Finance (other related majors will be considered)
Bright, self-starting, innovative thinkers who are passionate about consumer products
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate within teams and across functions
Demonstrated leadership experience and corporate finance interest
Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Bias for working with numbers
Be completing their final year of graduate (MBA level) studies
Hold an MBA degree prior to the intended full-time start date
Have a minimum of three years full-time work experience
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Benefits

Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave
Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days
Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually
Sick Leave: for eligible full- time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury.
Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay
