About the Role
The Field Manager is critical to ensuring excellence in store performance across the 7-Eleven network, directly accountable for the performance of between 10-14 stores in Regional NSW. We seek a passionate retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, empowers others, and maintains high standards for in-store excellence and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Store Leaders to execute on our customer ambition.
- Foster enthusiasm amongst the team and stores to bring our vision to life.
- Lead a high-performance and psychologically safe environment.
- Actively involved in people development and team's learning and growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and background in delivering solutions within a retail environment.
- An experienced retail leader.
- A strong set of skills that allows you to be a high performance coach and builder of capability in your people.
- Passionate about retail excellence and customer experience.
- An strong critical thinker with the ability to understand, analyze, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and issues.
