About the Role
We are extending our operations and looking to add to our F&B team and are on the hunt for Food and Beverage Attendants to join this exciting new phase. With our extended hours we are looking for energetic and bold individuals who thrive on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our guests as part of our Food and Beverage Team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
- Guide guests through menu selections by providing detailed product knowledge.
- Drive revenue through expert menu knowledge and effective upselling techniques.
- Accurately take and process customer orders while ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a rotation of late night to early morning shifts.
- Skilled communicator with a keen eye for detail and can do attitude.
- Previous experience in a venue or hotel preferred.
- Adept at working under pressure due to the high-volume nature of the role.
- Current RSA certification required.
- Full working rights in Australia required.
