About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader to step into a unique role, reporting to the Director of Culinary across the venue Pumphouse and the hotel. This hands-on role involves supporting the team, driving Food & Beverage opportunities, and ensuring outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the team to provide support, guidance, and growth opportunities.
- Assist in driving all Food & Beverage opportunities for the Venue to ensure offerings remain fresh and animated.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to patrons based on thorough knowledge of food and beverage lists.
- Work rotating and late-night hours.
Requirements
- Must have a keen eye for detail with good time management skills.
- Must have a genuine passion for outstanding guest service.
- RSA required.
- Knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is essential.
- Highly energetic individual who thrives on using a warm personality to create amazing moments for patrons and team.
- Guest obsessed, delivering memorable service.
- Strong communication skills and efficiency at problem-solving.
- Adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Full working rights in Australia required.
