About the Role
As a central interface between management, tax advisors, and our bookers, you will ensure that our budgets and tour cash registers stay in sync. We are looking for support for our team in Berlin, preferably starting in January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Act as an interface between management, tax advisors, accounting, and our bookers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing invoices and dunning.
- Process domestic and international transfers and monitor all project payments and budgets with project management.
- Calculate and remit artist tax (foreigner tax) and social security contributions for artists (KSK).
- Review contracts, concert settlements, and project evaluations (P&L), and create them if necessary.
- Check and review tour cash registers and provide tour managers with essential accounting information.
- Operate and maintain the filing system reliably.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training (e.g., as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, bank clerk) or a comparable degree.
- Prior knowledge in accounting or the event sector is a plus.
- Ideally, initial professional experience in accounting and with DATEV.
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work style.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with diverse personalities.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
