About the Role
Join Zales as an Assistant Store Manager and make a positive impact on many lives. You will assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing team members, and recruiting new talent. This role also involves enforcing company policies and procedures and performing operational and strategic duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
- Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
- Recruit and select team members.
- Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other operational and strategic duties.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

- $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales
