About the Role

The Business Integration Lead plays a critical part in making the Enterprise Transformation Programme a reality. This multi-year journey, enabled by SAP S/4HANA, aims to build an agile, efficient, and innovative organization wired for excellence to deliver Haleon's 'Win as One' strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the delivery of transformation activities by coordinating early engagement and market readiness activities across markets and functions ahead of programme deployment.
  • Supports the planning and coordination of engagement activities, workshops, immersion sessions, readiness discussions, and market communications.
  • Supports the coordination and delivery of early engagement and mobilization activities across regions and functions ahead of deployment phases.
  • Supports the coordination of workshops, readiness discussions, and engagement activities to support awareness and understanding of programme changes.
  • Gathers and documents local market, function insights, stakeholder feedback, operational considerations, and emerging risks to support engagement and deployment planning.
  • Supports the coordination of market immersion activities, engagement plans, and readiness discussions aligned to deployment timelines.
  • Supports the coordination of meetings, engagement sessions, and forums across global markets and functions.
  • Maintains stakeholder lists, engagement schedules, actions, and follow-ups to support effective programme coordination.
  • Works closely with Communications, Change, and programme teams alongside market and functional contacts, to support timely sharing of updates, decisions, and engagement materials.
  • Maintains engagement trackers, feedback logs, action registers, and status updates to support programme reporting and planning activities.
  • Consolidates engagement feedback, risks, and actions to support programme decision making and planning.
  • Works collaboratively with the Early Engagement Lead and programme teams to support alignment of engagement activities with deployment milestones and implementation plans.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting change transformation or organisational improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced programme environment with evolving priorities.
  • Exposure to large scale or multi-country change initiatives, working with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
  • Ability to gather, organise, and communicate qualitative insights, feedback, and operational considerations clearly and effectively.

Skills

  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting engagement activities across multiple communication channels.
