About the Role

This internship will center on a project crucial to the business, requiring you to translate research insights and data into a clear story that inspires action. You will develop empathy for the shopper, their daily lives, and various activities that impact them. The role requires familiarity with fundamental research methodologies, tools, and techniques, which will be applied to answer key business questions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Strategy, Category Managers, Brand Insights, and Marketing teams to understand key objectives.
Address key business issues or strategic opportunities (shopper focused).
Synthesize data and insights across multiple sources.
Work with research vendors to create surveys, field research, and analyze results.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other Business-related majors (other majors may be considered).
Prior knowledge and/or experience with a consumer-packaged goods corporation is preferred.
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong collaborative, analytical, data management and mining skills.
Exemplary communication, analytical thinker, and leadership skills.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Proven leadership capabilities.
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
Graduate with degree within one (1) year of internship completion.
Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
