About the Role
We are seeking a People & Culture Adviser to partner closely with senior stakeholders, support people initiatives, and enhance employee experience within our Enterprise Services team.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees.
- Provide advice and support on people policies, processes, employee relations, and HR queries.
- Support employee engagement, retention, career development, and performance initiatives.
- Assist with remuneration reviews, talent programs, graduate recruitment, and onboarding.
- Contribute to change projects, diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellbeing programs, and People & Culture priorities.
- Collaborate with Business Partners to achieve strategic people outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS is highly regarded.
- Collaborative, adaptable, commercially minded, and passionate about creating great employee and leader experiences.
