About the Role
National Dental Care is seeking dedicated Dentists or Oral Health Therapists (OHTs) to join their Sydney practices on Saturdays and/or Sundays. The role offers modern practice environments, dedicated support teams, and busy patient schedules, allowing practitioners to maximize earning potential and build a flexible working routine.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered oral health care and clinical treatment.
- Perform comprehensive examinations, restorative care, preventive care, and hygiene treatments (role-dependent).
- Communicate effectively with patients to build trust, explain treatment options, and foster long-term relationships.
- Adhere to strict infection control, health and safety standards, and clinical documentation guidelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Dental Surgery / Dental Medicine (for Dentists) or Bachelor of Oral Health / Bachelor of Dental Hygiene/Therapy (for OHTs).
- Current, unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a gentle, patient-first approach.
- Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, or both on a regular or flexible basis.
