Responsibilities
- Effectively handle sales inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Ops team to process all booking aspects, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
- Manage cancellations and changes.
- Organize and deliver high-quality, complex travel itineraries.
- Cross-sell and upsell all JE services and products.
- Ensure customer expectations are met through expert advice.
- Share excellent knowledge of Japan as a travel destination with customers.
- Provide a high level of customer and after-sales service.
- Handle customer-related financial activities in the after-sales area, including payments, refunds, and credits.
- Manage last-minute changes.
- Address issues and complaints.
- Create travel plans and documents.
- Represent the company at B2C and B2B events.
