About the Role

The Account Coordinator is an integral part of the team responsible for the successful management, support, and production of experiential programs. This entry-level role requires an enthusiastic professional with a strong passion for lifestyle brands, ensuring high-quality client deliverables with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client-facing and internal materials, status documents, meeting agendas, and weekly recaps.
  • Assist with research and audit decks covering cultural trends, competitive lifestyle campaigns, venue scouting, and potential brand sponsorship opportunities.
  • Support the tracking of timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams, keeping project management trackers updated.
  • Participate in status meetings, capturing detailed notes, action items, and next steps.
  • Ensure assigned areas of program planning, such as vendor outreach and reservation coordination, are completed on schedule.
  • Assist with ground-level logistics, sponsor activation booths, and VIP hospitality check-ins during live event executions.
  • Participate in event debriefs, gathering assets to build client recap decks and compile performance metrics.
  • Join or lead internal agency committees and cultural task forces.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in marketing, business administration, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, promotions, hospitality, or events.
  • Demonstrated interest in lifestyle culture, including food & dining trends, hotel/travel experiences, retail activations, and sports or cultural sponsorships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, high accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive team player who works well independently and collaboratively.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, viral pop-culture moments, lifestyle influencers, and emerging retail/dining concepts.
  • Basic understanding of brand management standards.
  • Ability to connect with clients, vendors, and team members authentically.
  • Willingness to bring fresh, creative ideas to brainstorms.
  • Natural curiosity and a drive to learn emerging trends.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (at least 2 days in-office).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
