About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the technical execution of Senpilot’s Regulatory AI Agent, translating strategic priorities into a near-term roadmap, leveraging user analytics, partnering with stakeholders, and shipping with engineering teams. This is a hands-on, AI-native role requiring technical depth and the ability to prototype.

Responsibilities

Shape the product roadmap with leadership and internal regulatory SMEs, translating strategic objectives into near-term deliverables.
Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped engineering problems for engineering teams.
Ensure engineering team prioritization balances customer needs and long-term milestones with structured, executable tickets.
Own customer activation and analyze product usage to identify and address issues with feature adoption.
Employ rapid build-measure-learn loops to ship prototypes, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly.
Prototype solutions using AI tools to de-risk development before engineering implementation.
Collaborate closely with the designer from concept to polished user flow.
Maintain coordination between engineering and design on specs, mocks, and tickets.
Utilize AI tools in personal workflow to optimize output.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer is a significant advantage.
Comfortable with complex regulated domains; regulatory/energy experience is a plus.
Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) sufficient to ship a working prototype.
Proven track record of running high-trust, efficient loops with design and engineering on small, lean teams.
Bias towards action with a focus on shipping a scrappy v1 over a perfect PRD.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multiple teams.
Low-ego approach to working with design and engineering.
