About the Role
Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems. The role involves performing maintenance, communicating with homeowners, and ensuring a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems in customers’ homes
- Perform maintenance and service on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and recommended solutions
- Use ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendations
- Deliver a great customer experience while representing the Radiant brand
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)
- Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs
- Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors
- EPA Certification and TDLR license required
