About the Role
This position will be a key part of the North American investments and business development teams, overseeing analysis and screening of investment opportunities, supporting responses to Canadian healthcare real estate RFPs, coordinating due diligence, and preparing Investment Committee memoranda, Board materials, and presentations. The role ensures transactions and business development pursuits progress efficiently from identification through closing and post-closing activities. It requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple complex transactions, exercising sound judgment, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Monitoring for and preparing responses to government and hospital requests for qualifications and/or proposals respecting healthcare real estate solutions across Canada

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment banking, institutional investing, private equity, pensions or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple complex projects and transactions with competing deadlines.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate transaction processes, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, due diligence, and closing processes.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and writing skills.
- Demonstrated experience preparing Investment Committee, Board and executive materials and external presentations.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing junior professionals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience with virtual data room platforms and Argus is considered an asset.
- CFA designation or progress toward completion is considered an asset.
