About the Role

Lead the evolution of care delivery across Nourish’s growing clinical network by owning the end-to-end roadmap for AI-powered workflows, care programs, and quality systems that drive patient outcomes and retention. This role is central to Nourish’s transition to AI-native care delivery, translating clinical standards and data into patient-specific guidance for Registered Dietitians and defining shared care programs for a multi-provider model.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for Care Delivery, prioritizing initiatives that measurably improve patient outcomes and retention
  • Translate Nourish’s care model into AI-native workflows, including real-time clinical guidance, next-generation charting, transcript-powered insights, and personalized coaching
  • Design longitudinal care programs, patient journeys, and shared coordination workflows that align dietitians, physicians, therapists, and AI around a unified care plan
  • Partner with data and clinical research to build measurement systems that connect provider behaviors to patient retention and clinical outcomes, accounting for differences across patient populations, conditions, and provider tenure
  • Define and track core metrics including patient outcome improvement, outcomes collection, and patient retention; design rigorous experiments to understand product impact
  • Own execution from discovery through launch and iteration, working hands-on with engineering and design to ship quickly while maintaining a high bar for clinical quality

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Experience building complex workflow products, simplifying high-stakes, operationally complex experiences
  • Experience with building AI-powered products is strongly preferred
  • Highly analytical and data-oriented; able to independently pull and analyze data, define metrics, evaluate experiments, and translate insights into strategy
  • Deep understanding of users, with the ability to balance qualitative feedback with data
  • Excellent product judgment; able to define an ambitious vision, identify high-leverage opportunities, and make strategic decisions
  • Operates like an owner, taking accountability for outcomes and thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Identifies with Nourish’s values: Work smarter and harder. Do your own stunts. Ship fast.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

About the Company

  • Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.
  • Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
  • Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states.
  • Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
  • In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.
  • We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage.
  • We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego.
  • Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters.
  • If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.
