About the Role

The Data Cloud team is building an end-to-end analytics and business intelligence system to replace customers' needs for Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and data pipelines. We are developing systems for ingestion, transformation, lineage, data catalogs, and visualization, leveraging ML and LLMs for automated insight generation and conversational experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software using Python, Apache Kafka, Iceberg, and Temporal.
Create large-scale data pipelines and processing products.
Build scalable data platforms, data lakes, and data ingestion systems.
Own products, APIs, or platform spaces.
Build engineering skills and solve complex technical problems.
Influence company architecture, technology selections, and trends.

Requirements

8+ years of software development experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, architectures, and design patterns.
Proven track record in building large-scale applications, APIs, and developer tools.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical partners.
Thrive in a product-focused environment and are passionate about customer experience.
Experience handling pipelines that sync billions of rows of data daily across a multi-tenant system.
