About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Project Assistants (m/f/d) to support the Directorate Programs & Engagement in the Main Program for the preparation and execution of the MSC 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the preparation of speaker requests and briefings for the main program of the Munich Security Conference 2027.
  • Support in communication with the various offices, embassies, consulates, and ministries of the speakers.
  • Various research tasks in the security and foreign policy context in preparation of the program.
  • Support with logistics and planning tasks related to the main program.
  • Support during the conference weekend in the execution of the main program of the MSC 2027.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in foreign and security policy and well-informed about current world events.
  • Hands-on mentality, team player, attention to detail, and ability to work precisely and conscientiously under time pressure.
  • Quick comprehension and ability to maintain an overview even during hectic periods.
  • Organizational talent, good manners, open and communicative.
  • Professional demeanor and high-level proficiency in English and German.
