About the Role

The Customer Experience Administrator supports the delivery of customer feedback and engagement programmes across London Square. This role is responsible for coordinating customer satisfaction activities, managing performance data and reporting, and providing administrative support to drive continuous improvement and a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administration and delivery of customer feedback and survey programmes.
  • Manage the collection, processing, and maintenance of customer feedback data.
  • Monitor survey activity, response rates, and customer satisfaction results.
  • Conduct customer telephone outreach to support feedback collection and customer experience initiatives.
  • Produce regular reports, data summaries, and performance updates.
  • Support the analysis of customer feedback, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate recognition initiatives linked to customer satisfaction performance.
  • Administer customer and employee reward and incentive schemes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Experience team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, customer experience, or coordination role.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and engaging telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage workload effectively.
  • A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
