About the Role
Prosper is building an AI workforce to manage healthcare operations end-to-end, addressing inefficiencies in patient calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing. This role involves owning a segment of the largest provider organizations, defining strategy, and driving execution with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own a segment of the market.
- Build the strategy from a blank page, including market mapping, account segmentation, prioritization logic, and a point of view on Prosper's competitive advantages.
- Construct the named account list with entry hypotheses for each organization.
- Set the commercial architecture for the segment, including pricing, pilot design, and land-and-expand strategies.
- Align and drive cross-functional teams (Marketing, Outbound, Solutions, Product) to execute the segment strategy.
- Own long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals from account planning and prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Build durable, multi-year relationships with C-suite executives (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle).
- Manage multiple threads across revenue cycle, finance, IT, security, compliance, clinical operations, and procurement.
- Author quantified ROI business cases using customer data to support strategic deals.
- Navigate enterprise processes including RFPs, security reviews, compliance diligence, legal negotiations, and phased rollouts.
- Codify successful strategies into playbooks for outreach, business case development, and qualification.
- Provide market feedback to inform product roadmap and translate roadmap into commercial advantage.
Requirements
- MBB or top-tier strategy consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze unstructured markets, develop frameworks, and create prioritized plans.
- Executive presence with financial fluency, capable of credible discussions on P&Ls.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to earn trust with senior operators.
- Proven ability to operate in environments where the plan does not yet exist and build it.
- Experience in healthcare or PE/provider-services practice in consulting is a plus.
- Experience selling AI, automation, or voice technology into regulated industries is a plus.
- Fluency with EHR and practice management ecosystems (Epic, athenahealth, ModMed, eClinicalWorks) and clearinghouse/RCM stacks is a plus.
- Existing network across provider group leadership or PE-backed provider platforms is a plus.
- Early-stage or hypergrowth startup background is a plus.
