  • Identify target organizations and buyers for the product.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear business value.
  • Create and enhance website content, sales decks, product pages, demos, and customer stories.
  • Provide sales teams with clear language, examples, and proof for customer interactions.
  • Develop case studies and customer stories demonstrating practical product application.
  • Assist in planning the introduction of new features and products to the market.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, customer success, and leadership to ensure consistent company messaging.

Requirements

  • Around seven or more years in product marketing or a related field.
  • Experience marketing a broad or technical product with non-obvious value.
  • Experience developing positioning based on customer interviews, sales conversations, and product usage.
  • Experience selecting the primary market, customer problem, or use case for a product.
  • Experience marketing enterprise software, particularly in AI, data, analytics, infrastructure, or knowledge management.
  • Experience creating messaging effective in sales conversations.
  • Experience developing customer stories and case studies to build buyer trust.
  • Possesses good judgment to prioritize marketing focus.
  • Demonstrates customer understanding to differentiate interest from payable problems.
  • Exhibits clear writing skills for complex products.
  • Possesses business sense to align messaging with customer acquisition and sales progression.
  • Maintains focus to define a clear starting point for broad products.
  • Comfortable making informed decisions with incomplete information and adapting as learning occurs.
  • Exhibits low ego, willingness to challenge assumptions, and openness to changing one's mind.
  • Demonstrates hands-on ownership, comfortable with strategy and execution.
