About the Role
As a Project Leader at ICON, you will be responsible for guiding and managing medical communications and publication projects to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day projects including cross-functional stakeholder alignment and client engagement.
- Lead and manage medical communication projects including publications, defining project briefs, planning, and coordinating activities.
- Manage client status meetings, reports and liaison as co-lead with scientific counterparts for multiple projects.
- Execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all project milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project plans, deliverables, and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions or escalate as appropriate.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and changes to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to achieving project goals and driving continuous improvement.
- Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
