About the Role
Develops, qualifies, improves, and sustains manufacturing processes to ensure high quality, yield, throughput, safety, and cost performance. Collaborates with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and external partners to resolve process issues, manage improvement projects, and support production of new and existing products. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, with scope and independence tailored to the candidate's experience.
Responsibilities

- Ensures high quality, yield, throughput, safety, and cost performance.
- Collaborates with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners.
- Solves process issues.
