About the Role

A rare opportunity for a Compliance Administrator has opened at New Country Motor Car Group. Due to the size of our growing business, we need Compliance Administrators to ensure our dealerships are following the latest rules and regulations. This is an entry-level position and includes on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

  • Review Customer Delivery Files for all proper documentation, data, missing paperwork and required compliance
  • Process and complete Compliance Checklist as assigned
  • Compile and update a "Hit List" for all missing compliance items
  • Work closely with Compliance Director to review, understand and respond to compliance issues
  • Provide appropriate compliance support to all organization employees to help secure our commitment to proper compliance
  • Jump in and solve problems at dealerships when needed
  • Work directly with Controller's, Office Managers, Title Clerks, and DMV Clerks when needed
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

  • Prior administrative and office experience is preferred
  • CDK Dealer Services experience (preferred)
