About the Role

Captify, now part of Verve Group, is seeking an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer to join their London office. This role serves as a core creative partner, driving multi-channel initiatives and supporting local Marketing and Sales teams. The designer will act as the regional anchor for the global visual presence, owning end-to-end marketing design needs and maintaining brand standards across key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Creative Director to implement and maintain master design systems, slide frameworks, and shared component libraries across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Collaborate with UK and Australia Marketing Managers for design support on digital and print collateral.
  • Partner with Sales teams to build high-stakes pitch decks, product one-sheets, and client-facing collateral.
  • Own the end-to-end visual rollout for local product launches in the UK and Australia, building bespoke pitch decks, product one-sheets, e-mail blasts, and multi-asset sales collateral.
  • Translate AdTech concepts and complex measurement data into clean, intuitive diagrams, technical one-sheets, and presentation decks.
  • Produce short-form motion design, animated social assets, and dynamic deck components using animation and slide design tools.
  • Concept and execute homepage visual blocks, web graphics, event landing pages, and visual site structures that align with broader digital brand standards.
  • Design scalable grid systems, standardized social media templates, and bespoke creative assets for high-frequency publishing schedules.
  • Execute full physical and digital event packages, managing pre-press production for pull-up banners, event merchandise, print invitations, and digital RSVPs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of multi-channel design experience, ideally within a marketing or agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expert-level layout, typography, and data visualization skills across a broad mix of deliverables, including pitch decks, one-sheets, digital web assets, social grid systems, print collateral, and light motion assets.
  • A confident self-starter with a strong project management track record who takes raw briefs, asks incisive questions, and drives complex, multi-asset projects through to completion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma, as well as native presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Solid working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (e.g. Jitter, AfterEffects) for digital ads, social campaigns, and presentations (Google Slides, Powerpoint).
  • Deep technical understanding of pre-press specs (CMYK, bleeds, vector prep for merchandise and print displays) alongside web UI best practices.
  • Advanced video editing skills: Hands-on experience with timeline-based video editing, sound mixing, and assembling polished visual cuts for short-form campaign videos or corporate assets using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience working within the AdTech or advertising space is highly desirable.
