About the Role
Adyen is seeking a Strategy & Program Manager to architect the operational future of its recent acquisitions, Talon.One and Orb. This role bridges Adyen's core operations with the acquired entities, focusing on designing and implementing joint customer journeys, systems, and processes to ensure seamless integration and scalability within Adyen's global framework. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who prioritizes customer centricity, reduces complexity, and builds for scale.
Responsibilities
- Design the joint customer journey: Architect and implement operating models and standardized processes for onboarding and servicing joint customers.
- Global Program development & adoption: Shape and lead operational integration programs for global scalability and adoption.
- Solve high-complexity, multi-entity bottlenecks: Drive operational readiness by mapping overlaps and finding innovative solutions.
- Data-led steering: Own the operational KPI framework for integrations, defining, tracking, and translating metrics into a health picture.
- Cross-functional partnerships: Collaborate with Tech, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a combination of client-facing, technical operations, or strategy/business operations roles (e.g., BizOps, Integration/M&A Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting).
- Strong background in program or project management, with proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution and global adoption.
- Strategic operator, comfortable with both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating alignment discussions with senior leaders across multiple organizations.
- Ability to build strong relationships and credibility across functions, levels, and partners.
- Creative and innovative thinker thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for new visa sponsorship.
- Company can support visa transfers but will not sponsor individuals for H-1B CAP applications.
