About the Role
Responsible for maintaining building cleanliness by managing trash, sweeping, mopping, and ensuring common areas are tidy. Additional duties include window cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned areas including fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds and vents
- Sweep, mop and vacuum all area floors and laundry rooms
- Clean restroom facilities and replenish supplies
- Perform general cleaning, light floor care, and special event setups
- Collect and remove trash recyclables
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, including documentation, safety, reporting, and regulations
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
- Knowledge of equipment associated with custodial trades
- Ability to interpret and complete verbal and/or written instructions proficiently
- Professional customer service skills
- Time management and time-critical prioritization skills
