About the Role
We’re hiring a motivated and personable Sales Representative to meet with potential clients, assess tree care needs, and close high-value service deals. This is a 100% commission-based role with leads provided, offering the opportunity to earn based on performance while selling essential services.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients in person
- Assess tree conditions and make expert recommendations
- Present estimates and proposals for services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM software
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Stay current on best practices in arboriculture and tree care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree care is a plus
