About the Role

Clio is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the Creative team, responsible for producing high-quality design work across the business. This role is for an individual who is passionate about their craft, works with purpose, and desires their work to have a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Concept and execute graphic design across channels including advertising, social media, case studies, presentations, digital and print, and experiential.
Manage projects from initial brief through final quality assurance, taking full ownership of the entire process.
Maintain and apply Clio's visual brand identity consistently across all deliverables.
Assist in developing visual identity elements for Clio sub-brands under senior design guidance.
Support diverse communication and campaign needs for marketing, demand generation, and events.
Collaborate with creative team leads and stakeholders, effectively managing feedback and delivering on-brand work.

Requirements

3–5 years of graphic design experience in a creative agency or in-house setting.
A portfolio showcasing a range of work, including brand system application, campaign execution, and multi-channel design.
High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Comfort using AI design tools such as Midjourney or Krea as part of the creative process.
A strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate briefs into design concepts.
Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without compromising quality.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of craft.
Experience working with brand design systems at scale.
Background in SaaS, legal tech, or other complex, regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with presentation design tools like Keynote or Google Slides for executive and event materials.
A keen eye for typography and design aesthetics.
Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
