About the Role
As a Community Assistant, you will be the backbone of the community, acting as the central point of contact for thousands of students seeking information about legal careers and law firm applications.
Responsibilities
- Respond to questions on the TCLA forum and WhatsApp groups.
- Moderate content on the TCLA forum and WhatsApp groups.
- Write threads for the TCLA forum and WhatsApp groups.
- Launch giveaways on the TCLA forum and WhatsApp groups.
- Maintain deadlines and lists for the TCLA forum and WhatsApp groups.
- Manage the SQE and Future Trainees group chat.
- Support the creation of resources such as Application Guides.
Requirements
- Be a future trainee with a 1-year gap before starting at a law firm.
- Ideally, have completed the SQE.
- Possess a very high standard of writing.
- Demonstrate an ability to deliver specific written communication.
- Have a deep understanding of multiple law firm processes.
- Exhibit a supportive tone and deep empathy regarding the challenges of the law firm process.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness.
- Possess strong organization skills.
