About the Role

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Canadian Performance & Insights team, focusing on partnership measurement and audience intelligence. This role is crucial for developing and executing data-driven strategies in sports, entertainment, and culture, translating complex data into actionable insights and managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of partnership measurement and audience intelligence programs.
  • Utilize research tools to conduct partnership measurement and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Develop measurement dashboards to evaluate partnership performance.
  • Design and develop custom research methodologies, including surveys and brand health assessments.
  • Develop consumer segmentation solutions and fan profiles.
  • Lead the development of client deliverables, POVs, and reporting tools.
  • Assemble ideas into compelling visuals for client presentations.
  • Monitor industry trends in sports, entertainment, and media.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Manage multiple client relationships with a focus on exceptional service.
  • Drive project management efforts and report progress.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics, market research, or management consulting.
  • Direct experience in the sport, entertainment, or marketing/partnership sector.
  • Experience translating quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong ability to communicate information to decision-makers through storytelling, data visualization, and presentations.
  • High level of initiative and curiosity, adaptable to independent and team settings.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task.
  • Client-first mindset with proven client and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people through coaching, communication, and empathy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Experience or working knowledge of syndicated research tools (e.g., Nielsen, Vividata, Scarborough, GWI, Meltwater).
  • Experience leading the development of consumer/customer research.
