About the Role
Purpose Unlimited is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Digital Assets Squad, taking ownership of the roadmap, key metrics, and delivery timelines for a strategic growth category. This role involves a Human-AI partnership where AI assists with operational tasks, and the Product Manager provides critical judgment and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own the squad's roadmap end-to-end, from digital asset funds through crypto native products.
- Define and drive the squad's key metrics, in agreement with the SLT sponsor.
- Manage the operating cadence, ensuring risks and dependencies are visible in Linear.
- Decentralize day-to-day decisions away from SLT, reserving their time for strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience owning a roadmap end-to-end in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Strong operating discipline, including measurable outcomes, tight execution cycles, and visible work in tools like Linear.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination skills without formal authority.
- A bias to decide and act, with the judgment to know what genuinely needs to be escalated to leadership.
