About the Role
Frida is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join their marketing team. This role is integral in shaping and curating the Frida brand by creating and implementing design solutions that meet business demands and bring the brand to life across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design and production in digital, print, packaging, and presentations.
- Execute and deliver brand assets for the Frida website, emails, social and editorial platforms, advertisements, and in-store collateral.
- Monitor projects through production, including concepting, production, quality control, and release.
- Create designs that are on strategy, reflect brand personality, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage time constraints across all design projects.
- Stay current on trends and the latest technological advances.
- Perform photo retouching as needed.
- Meet with the Marketing Director weekly to understand marketing/creative priorities.
- Undertake other projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field.
- 8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5.5+.
- Expertise in Figma.
- Expert-level proficiency in Illustrator with knowledge of its application in Print and Digital.
- Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop with knowledge of its application in Print and Digital, including familiarity with features for digital productivity (Smart Objects, Layer Comps, Applying Effects).
- Expert-level proficiency in InDesign with knowledge of its application in Print.
- Ability to storyboard a vision in Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of digital printing processes.
- Knowledge of photography, illustration, typography, and digital formats preferred.
- Knowledge of preparing and releasing banner ads, website pages, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency in coding for Mailchimp is a plus.
- Solid design skills in print, web/digital, multi-page collateral, multimedia, and video.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing requirements and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to complete tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Create organized files that can be shared amongst team members.
- Extensive knowledge of GSuite (GSlides and GDocs) and Asana.
