About the Role
Evoke Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst to streamline data collection processes, validate submissions, ensure timely, accurate, and compliant responses, and develop tools to improve reporting efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate organizational data calls, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submissions from stakeholders
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets, track performance metrics, and communicate insights effectively to leadership
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to design and implement optimized processes that align with organizational goals
- Provide data call support, including analysis and development of responses for federal staff approval
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Lead process discovery and mapping sessions to document current workflows and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced analytical capabilities

- Experience writing/modifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards
- Experience as a ServiceNow Editor user role
- Applicants selected must be United States citizens
