About the Role
Join the AI & Automation Solutions team, an agile group functioning as an internal tech agency. Build modern web-based applications to solve meaningful problems for internal business teams and external clients. Work across diverse products, collaborate with global engineering partners, and bring ideas from concept to launch. Thrive in dynamic environments, solve complex problems, and transform needs into thoughtful digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead products through the full lifecycle—from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Translate business needs into clear, user-centered product requirements.
- Write strong documentation, including workflows, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
- Prioritize backlogs and partner closely with developers, including offshore teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across departments and time zones.
- Support internal and external projects that vary in size, scope, and audience.
- Contribute to a team culture that values learning, curiosity, and inclusive decision-making.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management experience (more is welcomed; less may be considered based on strength of experience).
- Experience working in digital product or tech agency environments, where you’ve worked across multiple products or clients.
- A track record of taking products from concept through launch, including post-launch iteration.
- Strong skills in requirements writing, documentation, and prioritization.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Familiarity with web applications and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Comfort partnering with offshore teams, including teams in India.
- Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zones for team overlap.
- Eligibility to work without sponsorship.
