About the Role
L+M Development Partners is seeking a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to building stronger communities through our double bottom line philosophy, which balances financial returns with positive community impact.
Responsibilities
- Assist project team as directed, including verifying field work for superintendents and logging contract documents such as RFIs, submittals, as-built documents, current drawings, change orders, and warrantees for project engineers.
- Issue updated contract documents to subcontractors and vendors.
- Support project staff in tracking punchlist items and project closeout.
- Meet deadlines and multi-task while being detail-oriented and organized.
Requirements
- Must be able to and willing to communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prior construction experience and familiarity with construction terminology is useful.
- Prior ability to read drawings and specifications is helpful.
