About the Role
This mid-level role contributes to the Experiences Center of Excellence (COE), supporting the Customer Experience (CX) vision in coordination with User Experience (UX). The Customer Experience Service Designer will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to influence and drive the execution of the experience design model across all customer touchpoints and channels. This role will focus on complex experience design initiatives, delivering detailed customer insights through service design frameworks, and becoming an expert in end-to-end customer journeys and their operational impact. The position supports roadmap planning and execution, contributing to a holistic view of customer experiences to align with enterprise strategic priorities.
