About the Role
Mirakl is seeking a strategic partner leader to own and build the company's partner strategy with top global systems integrators and consultancies. This role will drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, build the go-to-market motion from the ground up, and establish reporting frameworks for partner contribution.
Responsibilities
- Own Mirakl's partner strategy with top global systems integrators and consultancies, serving as the primary relationship owner across these firms.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, converting partner relationships into measurable contribution against shared goals.
- Build Mirakl's SI and consulting partner go-to-market motion from the ground up, including enablement materials, referral processes, co-sell mechanics, and joint marketing programs.
- Establish reporting and measurement frameworks for partner pipeline contribution, giving leadership clear visibility into what's working.
- Act as the connective tissue between partners, Sales, and Marketing — keeping strategy and execution aligned so partner activity consistently translates into results.
Requirements
- 6+ years in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles within enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, or retail technology.
- Demonstrated experience owning named relationships with global systems integrators and consultancies such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Publicis Sapient, PwC, BCG, McKinsey, or Bain.
- Proven track record driving partner-sourced leads and measurable pipeline contribution.
- Experience building new partner GTM motions and materials from scratch, rather than inheriting an established program.
- E-commerce background strongly preferred; OMS or supply chain experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
