About the Role
Array Architects is seeking a Senior Project Architect to redefine healthcare environments through innovative design. This role is for a visionary and pragmatic problem solver who thrives on complex healthcare projects, blending aesthetic sense with technical understanding to transform requirements into elegant, functional spaces that enhance the healing journey. You will lead a team, contributing to quality and efficiency in project delivery.

- Create and Establish the Project Delivery Strategy for the client and project.
- Be accountable and personally responsible for the technical drawings and specifications for a project.
- Lead the production team and provide daily direction through effective communication and coordination.
- Be responsible for Consultant Coordination of the project.
- Work closely with QA/QC leaders to develop, refine, and enforce top-tier quality control systems.
- Lead and facilitate client engagement during the documentation process.
- Communicate and mentor staff through project work aligned with firm standards and principles.
- Coordinate with and comply with all (QAQC) Quality Assurance and Control measures.
- Be responsible for Regulator and Code Research and Life Safety requirements of a project.
- Collaborate effectively with other disciplinary team leaders such as Planners and Interior Designers.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the design field, with a specific focus on healthcare spaces.
- Strong understanding of technical design aspects and contractual nuances.
- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
- A high level of motivation and a collaborative approach.
- Travel may be required.
- Overtime may be required.
