About the Role
As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks to life in-store by building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
- Embrace the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations.
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: San Francisco, CA.
- Secondary locations: Daly City - Pacifica, CA.
- Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
- 6:00 AM Start Time.
