About the Role
A family is seeking a night newborn care specialist to provide overnight care from October for at least 6-8 weeks. The schedule is 8pm-9am, 4-5 nights per week.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of the baby at all times.
- Provide attentive and nurturing overnight care.
- Maintain a calm, positive, and supportive environment.
- Develop and establish structure and routine, gently encouraging healthy sleep and feed schedules.
- Handle baby's laundry, bottle sterilizing (if required), and cleaning of toys and other baby items.
Requirements
- Trustworthy, reliable, warm, and caring.
- Able to work with involved parents.
- Locally based for a live-out role.
- Extremely experienced with relevant qualifications.
- Possess excellent, verifiable references.
- Tidy, quiet, organized, and discreet.
